Whether guiding complex urban renewal projects, presenting expert evidence, or shaping strategic transport policies, Tim’s leadership transforms the way cities move and grow.

Professional Leadership & Expertise

Tim co-founded Eukai Pty Ltd in 2024, establishing a new standard in transport advisory services. As Managing Director and Board Member, he leads Eukai in delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions in transport engineering, planning, and design. His leadership is built on a career of delivering high-impact transport strategies, infrastructure design, and master planning for some of Australia’s most significant urban developments.

Previously, Tim held senior leadership positions at Stantec Australia, where he managed national operations and market strategy for transport planning and advisory services. He was responsible for a team of over 170 engineers, planners, and designers across five major Australian cities. Prior to Stantec, he spent nearly 19 years at GTA Consultants, playing a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s transport engineering capabilities and holding key national and regional leadership roles.

Project Highlights

Tim has played a critical role in shaping the transport networks of major urban precincts, health precincts, and retail destinations. His leadership in projects such as the New Footscray Hospital, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Suburban Rail Loop East Precinct Structure Planning, Box Hill Central, and La Trobe University’s City of the Future underscores his ability to integrate transport planning into broader urban development strategies.

His work extends beyond technical excellence—Tim is deeply involved in industry thought leadership, influencing key planning frameworks, precinct development strategies, and policy reforms in transport and urban mobility.
